hey, jus gotta tell you something, because Ive had the same problem too.. In your deviations, you have that Inuyasha and Kagome desktop (which is one of my favorite desktops :) ) but anyways, the "deviation" section is only for artwork you have made yourself, which means that if you take something offline (like that bg) and put it into your deviations, it makes people think you made it, and you can get in SERIOUS trouble for that..
